Goals UAE

Goals UAE is a UAE-based social enterprise advancing inclusive sport as a platform for community development, capacity building, and long-term inclusion for people of determination. Established in 2014, the organisation works through partnerships with mainstream sports providers, educators, volunteers, and public institutions to embed inclusive practice within existing community structures rather than creating parallel systems.

Goals UAE focuses on sustainable, culturally informed approaches that strengthen local capacity, with particular emphasis on coaching education, volunteer development, and community-led delivery. Its work spans grassroots programming, applied training, and strategic advisory support, drawing on evidence-informed practice and close collaboration with families and communities. Through this ecosystem-based model, Goals UAE supports inclusive participation that is locally owned, scalable, and responsive to community context.
