Fundación SIFU is a private non-profit foundation with close to two decades of experience, dedicated to fostering social inclusion and enhancing employment opportunities for people with disabilities and those facing structural barriers to the labor market. Drawing from Grupo SIFU’s solid background in employment integration, the Foundation designs and delivers high-impact initiatives such as Superarte, a program that promotes inclusion through artistic and cultural expression, and Superkode, focused on technological training and digital upskilling to facilitate access to qualified employment in the digital economy.
