About

Corporación Antilén is a Chilean non-profit organization with more than a decade of experience dedicated to strengthening the social participation of autistic and neurodivergent people. Its work began with the dissemination of evidence-based practices, professional training, and socio-educational development aimed at improving access, retention, and participation across diverse social contexts.

Throughout its institutional evolution, Antilén has progressively incorporated the dissemination of public policies and the management of supports as a central component of its mission. This trajectory has made it possible to articulate training, advocacy, and practical implementation, focusing on building environments that recognize cognitive diversity and ensure effective participation beyond formal access.

In recent years, the organization has consolidated sustained work in cognitive accessibility, sensory supports, and contextual mediation, applied to educational and community settings as well as accessible cultural management. These actions aim to identify barriers, design relevant supports, and accompany teams and institutions in implementing strategies that foster the effective social participation of autistic and neurodivergent people.

Antilén’s work is grounded in a neuroaffirmative approach based on evidence and human rights, recognizing autistic people as active agents in the design, validation, and evaluation of supports. The participation of autistic people within professional teams is a structural principle that strengthens the technical, ethical, and territorial relevance of the organization’s initiatives.

Today, Corporación Antilén conducts event production, professional training, technical advising, knowledge dissemination, and the management of cognitive accessibility supports to contribute to socio-educational and cultural–artistic development, promoting sustainable practices that expand social participation and the exercise of rights for autistic and neurodivergent people.
