15-20 of the world's population suffer from some type of disability, they want to study, work, travel and enjoy their free time as autonomously as possible. But most cities are very inaccessible. There are 2 major barriers, which are the lack of knowledge about how to treat people with disabilities appropriately, adapting services and products according to their needs, and the barrier of the high cost of specialized support products that they may need to carry out these activities, since most of them must be imported, and also there are no technicians who can repair them, nor spare parts. With our proposal we carry out training workshops for trainers where we teach about appropriate treatment, use of free specialized software and applications, development of products and services with an inclusion focus, conferences, specialized consulting, with effective strategies for inclusion in each area to overcome the barrier of ignorance. And we overcome the high cost barrier with the development of low-cost accessibility solutions that teach how to make with materials that are easily available locally, use of 3D printed support products, and sale of new and used imported elements, advising on what that they really need, seeking to make it work and at the lowest possible cost.
When a teacher in a school has 30 students, his job is already difficult, worse if he is told that the next period he also has to receive a blind student, he will feel great helplessness because he does not have the knowledge or the appropriate equipment to include actually in class to that student. And on the student's side, it also feels very bad to arrive at a school where they really receive it but are not prepared to really include it adequately. With our service, that teacher will be able to teach a better class with the necessary adjustments, the student feels better, truly included. We can achieve the same thing with labor inclusion processes, families and any activity.
