Türkiye Down Sendromu Derneği / Türkiye Down Syndrome Association

The Türkiye Down Syndrome Association is a civil society organization that closely follows current developments on Down syndrome both in Türkiye and around the world, and works continuously to raise awareness and promote understanding of Down syndrome. Our association provides support to families and professionals across the country and aims to collaborate with all relevant institutions by guiding them on how to access local support services. Our mission is to carry out projects that influence society’s perception of disability, to combat the discrimination that individuals with Down syndrome face at every age and in every setting from infancy onward, to ensure equal opportunities, and to strengthen their indispensable place in society.
