Moleworks Solutions is a UK-based consultancy working across accessibility, inclusive work cultures, and systems design. The business supports organisations operating in and across employment, financial services, and transport to build accessibility into how decisions are made, services are designed, and work gets done.

Founded by Rachael Mole CF, a recognised expert in disability, reasonable adjustments, and inclusive systems, Moleworks combines professional expertise with lived experience of disability. Rachael has over a decade of experience spanning social research, policy, and delivery roles, including founding SIC CIC, an award-winning non-profit supporting disabled people in employment, and undertaking international research as a Churchill Fellow to bring global learning into the UK context.

Moleworks Solutions provides social research, project and programme support, and strategy development for organisations navigating complex people-first accessibility challenges.
