After 13 years in L'Oréal's Operations, spanning supply chain and product development and purchasing, I made the decision three years ago to apply that business experience to drive our social impact. As the Global Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Impact Director, my mission is twofold. Firstly, I lead the measurement of our progress through rigorous internal processes and external certifications like GEEIS, EDGE, and the Disability Index. Secondly, I head our pillar for Physical, Mental, and Social well-being, which addresses both visible and non-visible disabilities, neurodiversity, and mental health. By coordinating our countries, métiers, divisions, and brands, I ensure that our commitment translates into concrete actions for our employees, consumers, and all our stakeholders.
